This technical event is just as quirky as its name. The codes are jumbled like a deck of cards and you must sway with the rhythm as you dive in nose first to decrypt the lines of code. 

This is not a regular technical event that simply tests your coding skills, but one curated specially to appeal to the quirkier side of coders. Each round will test how firm your grip is and how quick you are on your feet. Ca(t)che the Code

In round 1 we bring your technical instincts and spontaneity out of the screen and onto the table. You will be given a set of 10-20 lines of jumbled code written on strips which you then need to decipher quicker than flash and place in order to hit the bull’s eye.

Bamboozled

Just like the stars of Looney tunes, your fate is not entirely in your hands. Bringing in a sense of nostalgia let’s play a game of musical chairs but this time you won’t be fighting for a chair but switching them as you race to rectify our bug-riddled code. Be quick when you work your magic because this is no ordinary debugging competition, it’s a complete musical!

Buckle up people! We are back with Strikeout 6.0 - Valorant, your favorite go to game. So buckle up for the best gaming night of your life!

Valorant is a team-based first-person tactical hero shooter set in the near future. Participants play as one of a set of Agents, characters based on several countries and cultures around the world. In the main game mode, Participants are assigned to either the attacking or defending team with each team having five players on it.

Strikeout 6.0 - Valorant

A single-elimination, knockout, or sudden death tournament is a type of elimination tournament where the loser of each match-up is immediately eliminated from the tournament. Each winner will play another in the next round, until the final match-up, whose winner becomes the tournament champion.

Knockouts

The competition consists of 26 rounds, with each team playing every other team two or three times. The teams allotted two home matches against an opponent in one season are allotted one home match against that opponent in the following season.

League Format

 It's the final showdown. The finalists must hustle one last time for the coveted title. Out of the three rounds, the shaft shooters must win at least two rounds to get the sweet taste of victory!

The game pits two teams, Terrorists and Counter-Terrorists, against each other in different objective-based game modes. The most common game modes involve the Terrorists planting a bomb while Counter-Terrorists attempt to stop them, or Counter-Terrorists attempting to rescue hostages that the Terrorists have captured.

Rush Hour is a technical event featuring three rounds. The teams will not only be tested on their general trivia knowledge and the efficiency of their coding skills but also their ability to think strategically under pressure. It’s a battle to determine the best squad. If you think that’s yours, come and find out!

Rush Hour

They say two heads are better than one, but you’ve got three! Three in a squad, one die per teammate, work together to make strategic guesses about whether the sum of three dice rolled will be greater than, less than or equal to 9. You get 10 guesses and an equal number of questions. Your ability to guess correctly will affect the points you earn on answering the questions. A perfect mixture of smarts and luck.

Crunch Time

It’s a relay race but instead of passing the baton, you’ll pass on the code! The teams will be given the same problem statement to solve. It’s a race against the other teams as well as the clock. An intense round that will test your speed and communications skills under pressure.

Need for Speed

Ever wanted to go to an auction house and enter into a bidding war with other millionaires? This round will give you the chance to do just that! Teams will be given problem statements and a few minutes to figure out all the keywords they will need to build a solution. Then we bid, time is your currency and the keywords are your prize. Teams will then have to build the most optimal solution in the remaining time with all the keywords they acquired.

Let’s take a walk down memory lane as we bring your favorite childhood board games to life. This is an SRMKZILLA event after all it’s not going to be as simple as rolling a die and moving your pawns. Quibble will test your wits, speed and trivia knowledge.

It’s a race, a race against time. Play an amusing round of family feud to win your time. No, we won’t ask you to solve a Rubik’s cube in 12 seconds. We ask that you be the mirror. Slip and slide the coloured blocks to replicate the cube and shoot your shot to be crowned the winner.

A game of Connect 4 sounds easy enough. Right? Not on our watch. Two knights clash against each other to claim the ‘W’. An incredible test of speed, wits and humour. Answer & claim it or fumble & block it, it’s all up to you.

A classic game of Monopoly brought to life with a heavy dose of SRMKZILLA-style twists and tricks. Roll the dice, answer the questions, and be the biggest hoarder but beware watch where you step and remember the clock is always ticking. Oh, and did we mention that it’s life-sized?

Have you ever seen a mystery-adventure movie and wanted to go on those expeditions with them? Well The Shore of Mystery gives you an opportunity to do just that.

This a non-technical event based on the book & movie ‘A Journey to the Mysterious Island’. Our journey spans across three rounds where you will use your logical reasoning skills to decipher riddles, solve mysteries and attain victory! Come along as we voyage through various terrains, decrypt mysterious scrolls and claim the treasures of old hidden in boobytrapped caves.

The Shore Of Mystery

The best thing about a voyage is that they never go as planned! This round gives you a taste of a journey that has shades of survival, mystery and adventure. 
 Zone 1 (Water): The pirates catch you as soon as you reach the island. Until the chief pirate’s task is done, you cannot proceed with the journey. So, be prepared to impress the chief! 
 Zone 2 (Land): Survival is the key, and having adequate resources is a must. Your search for resources begins here. Flip two cards, and if they are identical, add the resource to your survival kit. Collect four resources and fill the kit. 
 Zone 3 (Forest): Heavy rain, bright sun, and wind make you realize the need for shelter and a safe space to rest in. Gather some wood and build a safe space for resources. If you fall short of material, you can answer some questions and get more.

Mozilla Mystery Island

On your hike through the forest, you hide in a cave to take shelter from the storm. The light from the fire reveals strange encryptions on the walls. Work together to decrypt the symbols and solve the riddles. The contents of a treasure box await you at the end!

Lock and Key

What’s an adventure without a map? And that’s exactly what was inside the treasure box. The journey that lies ahead is not for the weak of heart, follow the unnamed map through dungeons or volcanoes. Decode the clues to reveal the right path to the treasure. May the quickest voyager win!
